The same preventive methods (NH Universal Best Practices) utilized to mitigate risk of COVID-19 and other transmissible diseases are standard procedure at AIMA of Nashua PLLC. Please review the below, and thank you for your assistance, compliance, and understanding.

  • Masks will be required while in the waiting room regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

  • Please offer your COVID-19 vaccination card if you have one, so that it may be entered into your electronic health record. This is not required to visit the office.
  • We’ll ask you to use some hand sanitizer when you arrive, ask a few health screening questions and whether you wish to mask or unmask for your visit.
  • A separate exam room is available for those who wish to remain masked. No more than 2 persons will be allowed in any exam room.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces will continue to occur between each patient visit and at the end of the day.

Frequently asked questions:

Will I have to wear a mask if I am fully vaccinated?  All patients will need to remain masked while in the public waiting room, but may unmask in the designated private exam room. We ask that masks be worn in the public waiting room because all patients and visitors to our office may not yet be fully vaccinated, and we have a number of patients with risk factors for severe COVID-19 should they become ill. A separate exam room will be provided for those who wish to remain masked.
Should I bring my COVID-19 vaccination card?  Yes. We will enter this document into your electronic health record. However, a COVID-19 vaccination card is not required to visit the office.
Will I have to fill out the Check-In form before every visit?  Yes. This is an infectious disease safety measure that mitigates risk of transmissible diseases by decreasing overall time in the office and reducing discussion at the time of your visit, and it facilitates complete and thorough care during your visit. You can thoughtfully fill out the online form at home, and it will ensure a thorough and individualized treatment plan during your visit.
What infection control procedures are you currently following?  We are following all of the procedures recommended by health officials.
